Women's Resource Group

I assumed a leadership role in Navitus' Women's Resource Group after serving a short term as a member.
The leadership role with the WRG allows me to engage with and mentor women across the company of all ages and demographics. This work is deeply meaningful and allows me to serve in a leadership role closely aligned to my core values.

Challenge

Female associates at Navitus Health Solutions were looking for community and partnership. The Women's Resource Group was tasked with coordinating a regular cadence of meetings, engagement opportunities, and community impact programs that would address the interests and concerns of women across the company, accounting for variability in age, race, location, and interest. 

 

Execution

With the help of three other female associates, I lead all meetings and engagements for the women's resource group, comprised of ~45 employees at the start of 2025. By year's end, we have 120+ members and a robust schedule of speaking engagements, presentations, and group gatherings, virtually and regionally in-person.

  • Lead / Advise 100+ female associates in virtual environment

  • Expanded member base by 50% in the first 15 months of leadership
